Prospective Employee Profile
We look for bright and technically capable people who have a thirst for knowledge and the ability to learn quickly. They need to have excellent communication skills, be self motivated, and work well as part of a team.
They must also be either a permanent resident/citizen of Australia or have a permanent Australian working visa.
New Graduates
We prefer to hire talented university graduates with Computer Science related degree who want to become the best IT software developers they can be. If your results are credit average or better, you are a good C and/or JEE programmer and have excellent communication skills, send your resume and a copy of your academic record to us.
Recent Graduates
We understand that some talented graduates accept IT positions with companies because of a number of enticing promises that were made. But after a year or two, is the work you are doing what you really want to be doing? Is the environment you are working in politically driven? Are you just a cog in a huge machine? Maybe it is time you started looking for a change.
