BASIC PRODUCT LOAD TRAINING
The Product Load course covers how to load each land product type in the Calypso database, from the creditor details through to inventory and pricing.
Delegates will be taught the most efficient process for loading a land product contract.

This course is designed to provide an introduction to ACE report writing, to allow a user to competently extract data from the Calypso database and write simple reports.

BASIC MODEL ITINERARY COURSE - "NEW MODULES"
This is an in-depth course teaching basic Model Itinerary functionality. This course is designed to prepare users to write Model Itineraries for Calypso Reservations.
